What if my order doesn't come in 1-3 weeks?

Please send us a message if your order does not arrive within the approximate/expected time frame. If your order is lost due to the problem with the carrier we will fully refund your order. If your order was lost due to an incomplete or wrong address, we are not responsible for those packages.
